About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Labourer / Welfare Cleaner to join a construction project.
This is a hands-on role combining general labouring duties with responsibility for maintaining clean, safe and presentable welfare facilities on site. The successful candidate will be dependable, proactive and able to work safely as part of a busy construction team.
Key Responsibilities
Welfare Cleaning
- Clean and maintain site welfare facilities, including toilets, canteen and welfare areas.
- Regularly empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Ensure welfare areas are kept clean, hygienic and presentable throughout the working day.
- Replenish basic welfare supplies when required.
- Report any maintenance, cleaning or safety issues to the site supervisor.
General Labouring
- Assist tradespeople and site management with general labouring duties.
- Loading, unloading and moving materials around site.
