JOB SUMMARY In line with the Hotel’s policies and procedures and under the guidance of the Director of Engineering, to assist in the day to day running of the Maintenance department and to deputise for the Director of Engineering in his absence.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- ** Drivers License desirable. Need to be able to reach the property on time for the shift (public transport can be challenging). Weekend shifts are required as per business needs

* Experience:

Previous experience working within a Technical Services environment preferred

Experienced in building services controls and mechanical plant installations and servicing

Experienced in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning installations and servicing

Good basic computer skills including Office, BMS systems, controls, etc.

Skills and Knowledge Strong Communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
Innovative Pro-active and reliable

Able to work alone and within a team
