What you’ll be getting stuck into as a Commercial Property Manager

Coordinating reactive and planned maintenance across commercial assets
Managing lease renewals, rent reviews and associated lease events
Overseeing service charge budgets, reconciliations and financial controls
Managing health & safety compliance and statutory obligations
Acting as a key point of contact for clients and providing strategic advice
Carrying out property inspections, reporting, and coordinating AGMs
What you’ll bring to the table as a Commercial Property Manager

Previous experience in commercial property management
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Experience acting as the primary point of contact for property clients
Strong knowledge of commercial leases and service charge management
Experience overseeing compliance, inspections and statutory requirements
Professional property qualification or working towards one
