Commercial Property Manager
Brown & Lee Property Consultants are hiring an experienced Property Manager to manage a mixed commercial portfolio and support our growing team.
What you’ll do:- Manage maintenance, lease events, and rent reviews
- Oversee service charges and financials
- Ensure H&S compliance
- Build strong client relationships
- Conduct inspections and coordinate AGMs
- Property management experience (commercial or residential)
- Strong communication & IT skills (Re-Leased a bonus)
- Ability to manage deadlines
- UK driving licence preferred
