We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to oversee facility maintenance and utility plant operations. This is a site-based role with the potential to gain experience across multiple sites.

• Supervise facility maintenance and utility plant operations, ensuring compliance with building operation rules.
• Review and evaluate staff performance, taking corrective action where necessary.
• Assign tasks for work tickets and preventative maintenance work orders for the O&M team.
• Ensure timely completion of PMs and work orders each month.
• Maintain and update O&M documentation, including drawings, manuals, and SOPs/MOPs/EOPs.
• Manage inventory and storage of spare parts, tools, and equipment, disposing of unusable items appropriately.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure safe and effective project execution.
• Provide data for reports, equipment evaluations, and assist with subcontractor/vendor quotes.
• Direct operational modifications such as lockout/tagout and safe working area setups.
• Ensure compliance with company, client, and HSEQ policies and procedures.
• Be available for emergency corrective maintenance and 24/7 call-outs.

• UK Driving Licence required (ISS vans provided).
• Hands-on experience with PPMs and reactive maintenance.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Willingness to learn and train in new areas.
• Ideally fully electrically qualified.
