• Lead the development of our housing performance and insight strategy, ensuring data drives decision-making and service improvement.
• Play a central role in our improvement journey, helping us achieve our ambition of moving from a C2 to a C1 regulatory grading.
• Provide strategic advice and high-quality performance reporting to senior leaders, Members and Portfolio Holders.
• Oversee governance arrangements, ensuring effective scrutiny, accountability and delivery across housing services.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and customer-focused service design
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team spanning resident engagement, housing IT systems, complaints management, data and performance and regulatory oversight
