Hertfordshire County Council in Stevenage is seeking two Project Managers to lead SEND improvement and reform projects within the Improvement & Transformation Team. Hybrid working with the office required 3-4 days a month; travel across Hertfordshire is expected.
You will coordinate day-to-day project delivery, ensure plans, risks and dependencies are clearly managed, and prepare updates for governance forums while working with partners across the SEND Local Area Partnership.
