Hertfordshire Futures is seeking a Modern Day Work Experience Lead to manage a caseload of Alternative Provision settings (about ten institutions) and drive modern work experience across Hertfordshire in partnership with schools and employers.
You will develop the strategy, coordinate activity with the Careers Hub, and build strong employer links while aligning with Equalex, Gatsby benchmarks and ILR data. This is a fixed-term role to 31 August 2027 with hybrid working in Stevenage.
