- Location & Working: Dynamic (hybrid) working based in Stevenage or Bristol. Expect 2–3 days per week on-site due to workload classification.

The Opportunity
Join us as a Senior Project Manager with a focus on delivering innovative, compelling, and deliverable business-winning propositions. You will work collaboratively with key stakeholders across Sales & Business Development, Programmes, Technical, and Finance teams. Beyond ensuring excellence in individual bids, this role plays a critical part in shaping long-term product business cases, product route maps, and product investment plans.

What We Are Looking For From You
- The ability to form innovative solutions to challenging problems within short timescales.
- Excellent judgment and stakeholder influencing skills.
- A strong understanding of key bidding considerations across multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in project management, contract acquisition, and business delivery.
- Excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills.
- Ideally, knowledge of the defence sector.
- The ability to problem-solve issues in real-time within an ambiguous environment.
- Direct experience either managing or writing bids of a technical nature, preferably within the context of engineering development work.
Key Activity Strands:
- Optimising a portfolio of concurrent and future bidding activities.
- Delivering Product Business Cases to maximise the probability of success for bidding campaigns.
- Contributing to the Product Line strategy through road‑mapping and investment strategy.
- Championing business‑winning best practices and approaches.
- Responding to changing customer requirements.
