£45,000-£62,000 depending on experience
Would you like to manage complex, high-profile programmes where the outcome genuinely matters?
A leading UK defence and technology organisation is looking for a Project Manager to help deliver advanced systems and critical capability for UK and European customers.
You'll work with in a large international business, bringing together multidisciplinary teams, senior stakeholders and external partners to keep demanding projects moving forward.
What you'll be doing- Leading projects through complex and changing environments
- Coordinating multidisciplinary teams within a matrix organisation
- Managing schedules, budgets, risks and delivery commitments
- Using EVM and project controls to monitor performance
- Supporting bids, estimates and future programme planning
- Building relationships with customers, partners and senior stakeholders
- Identifying potential problems and driving practical solutions
- Experience managing complex projects or programmes
- Strong risk, schedule and stakeholder management skills
- Sound commercial judgement and problem-solving ability
- Experience with EVM, bidding or estimating would be beneficial
- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- A recognised Project Management qualification would be advantageous
Previous defence experience isn't essential. Project Managers from engineering, aerospace, manufacturing, technology or other regulated environments are encouraged to apply.
