CNC Setter / Operator - 5 Axis

We are looking for an experienced CNC Setter/Operator to join a growing manufacturing environment supporting both production and development projects.

• Essential experience setting and operating 5-axis CNC machinery
• Ability to work independently and safely within a manufacturing environment
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Positive attitude and team-focused approach

• Siemens 840D controls
• Breton machine experience
• Composite machining
• Basic G-Code knowledge
• Use of measuring equipment/MSP
• Experience using hand or air tools
• Crane usage experience

• Setting and operating CNC machinery
• Supporting both existing production and development work
• Working to tight tolerances and quality standards
• Reporting machine or process issues when required
• Maintaining safe working practices at all times
• Attending shift/start-up meetings and contributing to team targets
