Manufacturing and Production Stevenage, Hertfordshire £16 - £20 per hour Temporary

Temporary role starting on Monday 8th June.

Work schedule:

Monday – Thursday 7:30-16:30;
Friday 7:30-13:30.

Location:

Stevenage SG1. Pay from £16 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate hydraulic press machines according to production requirements.
Monitor machine during operation to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
Report faults, breakdowns and safety concerns to appropriate teams.
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
Wear appropriate PPE.
Follow standard operating procedures.
Load and unload materials into press safely.
Handle finished products carefully to prevent damage.

Requirements

Previous hydraulic press operating experience necessary.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and machine operation.
Ability to read and follow technical drawings, instructions and specifications.
Understanding of health and safety regulations.
Reliable, punctual and able to work as a team.
Good communication.
