• Design injection mould tools from concept to manufacture using Solid Works
• Produce innovative tooling solutions, from single impression tools to complex multi-cavity hot runner moulds
• Take ownership of tooling projects, managing them through the full design and build lifecycle
• Work closely with the in‑house toolroom to refine designs and ensure successful tool manufacture
• Liaise with suppliers and support DFM activities to deliver practical, cost‑effective solutions
• Drive tooling improvements, modifications and continuous improvement initiatives

• Proven experience designing injection mould tools, not just plastic components
• Strong knowledge of precision tooling, hot runners, side cores and mould actions
• CAD experience, ideally Solid Works
• Able to manage projects, priorities and deadlines effectively
• Hands‑on team player who enjoys working in a small, fast‑paced environment
