In this role, you will be responsible for the modification and repair of a range of injection moulding machines that produce high-quality components for clients across multiple industries. You'll be working closely with the production and quality teams to ensure output meets company and customer standards.

The Role:

Use of manual milling machines
Use of lathes
Use of surface and cylindrical grinders
Use of manual and CNC spark eroders
Use of CNC wire eroder
Modification & repair of Injection Mould Tools
Manufacture and fitting of new injection mould tools
Using hand tools such as files, hacksaws and grinders

The Person :

Experience in Toolmaking, and high precision machining, milling, grinding and fitting
Understand and have experience of fitting and assembly of complex tools including their repair
