Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm | Permanent | Full Time
Hardware Assembler role within an exciting and innovative technology business currently experiencing growth. You will join a small, ambitious team and contribute to bringing a cutting-edge product to life. The role suits someone who enjoys precision assembly, has excellent manual dexterity, and can perform repetitive tasks while maintaining high quality standards.
Job Responsibilities- Assemble small electronic products using detailed work instructions.
- Handle delicate components including circuit boards, batteries and electronic parts.
- Carry out visual inspections and functional testing to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Package completed products ready for dispatch.
- Record assembly and testing information accurately.
- Identify faults or quality issues and escalate as necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe workstation.
- Support stock control and general production duties when required.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination with good manual dexterity.
- Comfortable working with small components and fine detail.
- Patient, methodical and able to maintain concentration during repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Able to follow written procedures and work instructions accurately.
- Reliable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience with in assembly, manufacturing, electronics, production or quality inspection is advantageous but not essential, as full training is provided.
- Candidates with hobbies or experience in intricate hands-on work (e.g., model making, electronics, jewellery making, watch repairs, crafting) may also be suitable.
