Overview
Technical Support Engineer – Low Voltage / Electrical. £40,000 – £44,000 per annum plus a 7% bonus, full structured training, 33 days holiday (rising with service), 8% pension contribution, and career progression opportunities.
Responsibilities- Provide remote technical support to customers and UK sales teams.
- Liaise with customers and internal sales teams.
- Deliver technical training and troubleshooting assistance.
- Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
- Office based in the UK; commute from Stevenage, Hitchin, Luton, Harlow, Bedford, Dunstable, and surrounding areas.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Knowledge or experience within the low voltage electrical sector.
- Competitive salary with bonus.
