Senior Manufacturing Engineer
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000
About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to drive process improvements, support new product introduction, and deliver operational excellence within a regulated manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate process issues and product non-conformances using structured problem-solving techniques.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and the transfer of products into manufacturing.
- Ensure compliance with EHS, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing engineering environment.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing tools, including Daily Management, Standard Work, and Lean Conversion.
- Background in process and equipment improvement within a regulated industry.
- Experience with in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Medical Device manufacturing environments.
- Experience working in cleanroom manufacturing.
- Six Sigma qualification or demonstrated application of Six Sigma tools.
- CAD design experience using AutoCAD, Solid Works, or similar software.
