Senior Marketing Executive

Location: Stevenage
Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 per annum
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Our client is an ambitious and growing business, developing innovative products and solutions for customers across the UK and internationally.

They are looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Executive to join their collaborative marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a wide range of marketing activities, from product launches and integrated campaigns through to PR, events and digital marketing, while working closely with commercial teams to support business growth.

• Hybrid working 4 days per week in the Stevenage office

• Monday to Friday, full-time

• Salary £40,000 - £42,000 per annum

• Lead the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels

• Manage product launches from concept through to execution

• Develop creative campaign ideas that drive engagement and commercial results

• Work closely with sales and commercial teams to support customer growth

• Coordinate PR activity, agency relationships and brand campaigns

• Plan and deliver exhibitions, events and customer activations

• Support digital marketing activity across website, email, SEO and PPC

• Monitor campaign performance and use data to identify improvements

• Produce customer-facing presentations, marketing collateral and campaign materials

• Manage marketing projects, budgets and timelines

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners

• Identify market trends and opportunities to strengthen brand awareness

• Previous experience in a senior marketing or marketing executive position

• Proven experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns and product launches

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Creative mindset with a commercial approach to marketing

• Experience working with digital marketing, CRM and email marketing platforms

• Confident managing agencies and external suppliers

• Strong copywriting and communication skills

• Analytical approach with experience measuring campaign performance

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

• Proactive, self-motivated and able to build relationships across the business

Desirable:

• Experience with in food, beverage, FMCG or hospitality

• Experience planning exhibitions, events or product activations

• Knowledge of SEO, PPC and marketing automation platforms including Hub Spot or Mailchimp
