Clinical Support Worker

To be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service. As a Clinical Support Worker, you will work closely under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, playing a vital role in maintaining high standards of patient care across our hospital wards and departments.

• Supporting Registered Nurses and Midwives in patient care
• Assisting with washing and dressing patients
• Taking physiological observations
• Making beds and maintaining clean patient areas
• Serving meals and helping patients with feeding
• Providing emotional support by listening and talking to patients

This role involves working across days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in a virtual information and guidance session. The assessment day is in person only. The assessment and interview date is Monday 2nd March 2026.
