You will work with the MDT to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care from admission to discharge, contributing to outstanding patient experiences.
The role requires knowledge of stroke care, strong communication, teamwork and commitment to the Trust's values. You will participate in 24-hour care rotations and support patients and families.
