Quality Inspector

Stevenage

Full Time, Permanent

£35,000 - £37,000 per annum (DOE)

ReeVR Talent are looking for a Quality Inspector to join our client’s industry leading manufacturing facility.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a highly skilled team, working within a quality focused environment where precision, continuous improvement and engineering excellence are at the heart of everything they do.

You'll play a key role in ensuring products meet rigorous quality and regulatory requirements while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

As a Quality Inspector, you will:

Monitor, test and inspect products to ensure they meet specified quality standards, are free from defects and perform as designed.

Carry out inspections using precision measuring equipment

Operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)

Participate in Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) activities

Create and maintain quality documentation

Support continuous improvement activities and ensure compliance with quality engineering processes and regulatory requirements.

Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate quality records.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and improve manufacturing processes.

Experience of the Quality Inspector:

Previous experience in a Quality Inspection role within a manufacturing or engineering environment.

Strong knowledge of quality engineering principles, inspection techniques and regulatory requirements.

A structured, analytical approach to problem solving with experience in Root Cause Analysis.

The ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications.

Excellent communication skills with the confidence to explain technical information clearly.

Strong organisational skills with experience producing quality documentation and reports.

Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and database management systems.
