Join B&M as a Replenishment Manager in our London Road store, in Stevenage and play a key role in keeping our store stocked, organised, and ready for our customers!

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of stock flow and replenishment across the store. From deliveries to the shop floor, you’ll make sure everything is in the right place at the right time.

It’s a permanent, full‑time role, with flexibility required across early mornings, days, evenings, and weekends because great availability never sleeps!

• Owning stock replenishment, ensuring shelves are full and ready for customers
• Leading and organising your team to work efficiently and safely
• Keeping the shop floor well‑stocked, tidy, and easy to shop
• Planning and reacting quickly to changing stock levels
• Driving availability and productivity targets

• Experience leading a team in fast‑paced retail, warehouse, or logistics
• Understanding of stock control, deliveries, and replenishment processes
• A hands‑on, roll‑your‑sleeves‑up approach
• Ability to work at pace and keep your team focused and motivated
• Confidence to prioritise, problem‑solve, and make decisions quickly
