You’ll be joining a small, friendly and committed team responsible for managing bookings, enquiries and administration for both our NDORS (National Driver Offender Retraining Scheme) courses and our Driving Assessment Scheme. No two days are the same, and you’ll play a key role in ensuring our services run smoothly and efficiently.
AboutThe Role
As a Driver Training Support Officer, you will:
- Provide high‑quality administrative support for the delivery of NDORS behaviour‑change courses, run by HCC on behalf of the Police.
- Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries with professionalism and confidence.
- Carry out booking management, quality checks and general administration to ensure a seamless experience for all participants.
- Support the ongoing operation and maintenance of the driving assessment scheme.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to ensure all services meet required standards.

About You Essential:
- Confident using IT, including Microsoft Office applications
- Skilled and professional on the phone
- Highly organised, accurate and able to manage a varied workload
- Must be available to work on a rota to provide cover on Saturdays.
