£36,000 basic, £60,000 OTE
Imperial Search Group is working with a leading developer to recruit a New Homes Sales Consultant for a major apartment-led regeneration scheme in the heart of Stevenage. This is a high-footfall, fast-moving site with strong buyer demand and a long-term plot pipeline, ideal for a consultant who wants consistent volume and genuine career stability.
The Development
A landmark town centre scheme of 500+ homes, comprising 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments from £270,000. The development is selling well, with a sustained sales rate of around one plot per week, and forms part of a wider, multi-building masterplan with further phases to come, meaning this is a long-term opportunity rather than a short site run. Location is a major selling point: just a short walk from Stevenage railway station, with direct trains to London King's Cross in around 22 to 25 minutes, plus easy access to the A1 and strong local amenities including shops, parks and the town's old and new town centres.
The Role
Manage the full sales journey for buyers, from initial enquiry and qualification through to reservation, exchange and legal completion. Work a consistently active pipeline in a high-demand environment, converting strong footfall and enquiry levels into reservations on a weekly basis. Present the development, apartment specifications and buying schemes confidently and accurately to a broad buyer audience, including investors, professionals and first-time buyers.
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales progress reporting to the wider team. Work closely with the site team, sales management and conveyancers to ensure a smooth path to completion for every buyer, and maintain excellent showhome and marketing suite presentation standards at all times.
What We're Looking For
Proven new homes sales experience, ideally within an apartment-led or town centre scheme. Confidence working at pace in a high-footfall, high-demand sales environment. Strong CRM discipline and the ability to manage a busy pipeline without letting leads go cold. Excellent organisation, administration and presentation skills, and the ability to build rapport quickly across a wide range of buyer types.
Package
Base salary £36,000, on-target earnings circa £60,000 with plot-rate commission on top of base. Full-time, site-based role
