Position: Client Manager Sales  ·

At Work Nest Secure, our Client Managers are responsible for looking after a portfolio of client accounts, helping to build strong relationships while supporting customer retention and account growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has some experience in account management, customer success, sales, or a client-facing role and is looking to take the next step in their career. We're less focused on the number of years you've worked and more interested in your attitude, ambition, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced cyber security environment.

You'll work closely with experienced colleagues, developing your commercial skills while helping clients get the most value from our services. You'll play an important role in renewals, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

This role offers a structured development pathway, providing the opportunity to work alongside experienced members of the Client Management team while building your own portfolio of accounts. You'll receive ongoing coaching, mentorship, and hands‑on experience to develop your relationship management, commercial, and account management skills. As your confidence and expertise grow, you'll take on greater responsibility, with clear opportunities to progress your career within Work Nest Secure.

This is a development-focused position for someone who's proactive, organised, and excited to build a long-term career with Work Nest Secure.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management
  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction.

  • Build trusted relationships and become a key point of contact for your clients.

  • Support account retention through regular communication and proactive account management.

  • Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services that add value to clients.

  • Assist with client reviews, renewal discussions, and account planning with support from senior team members.

Commercial Performance
  • Work towards individual and team retention and growth targets.

  • Identify potential risks to client retention and elevate where appropriate.

  • Support renewal conversations and develop your commercial negotiation skills.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records to keep account information and pipeline up to date.

Collaboration
  • Work alongside experienced Client Managers and your Team Leader, receiving regular coaching and development.

  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, Service Delivery, and Marketing teams to deliver the best outcomes for clients.

  • Share ideas and contribute to a supportive, high‑performing team culture.

Learning & Development
  • Take ownership of your development through ongoing training and feedback.

  • Build your knowledge of cyber security, our products, and the wider technology market.

  • Continuously develop your account management and commercial skills with opportunities for career progression.

About you:
  • Experience in a customer‑facing, account management, customer success, recruitment, sales, or similar role.

  • Previous cyber security experience is beneficial but not essential.

  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn.

  • Comfortable working towards targets in a commercial environment.

  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.

  • Curious about technology and keen to develop your knowledge of the cyber security sector.

  • Resilient, adaptable, and motivated to achieve results.

  • Willing to travel occasionally for client meetings and events.

Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or relevant account management experience.

  • Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

Benefits:
  • 25 days annual leave plus birthday leave

  • Company pension

  • Subsidised gym membership

  • Employee benefits platform

  • Regular team events

  • Private healthcare (individual cover)

  • Learning allowance of £100 per annum for personal development

  • Flexible working policy

If you're ambitious, motivated, and looking to build a long-term career in client management within a fast-growing cyber security business, we'd love to hear from you. Join Work Nest Secure and help us grow strong, lasting client partnerships.
