An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Negotiator / Property Sales Consultant to join an established estate agency operating across the local residential property market, supporting clients with property sales and related services.

As a Sales Negotiator / Property Sales Consultant, you will be managing property sales from the branch, working directly with clients, conducting viewings and negotiating agreed sales.

This full-time role offers a basic salary of 25,000, OTE 40,000 and benefits. Candidates should live within approximately a 30-minute commute of the office.

What we are looking for:

Previously worked as a Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent, Property Sales Consultant, Property Sales Negotiator, Property Consultant, Estate Agency Negotiator or in a similar role.

Prior experience working within an estate agencyA full UK driving licence and access to your own car Confident verbal and written communication skills

Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team Competent IT skillsA professional and presentable approach

Shift: 5-day working week Monday to Friday: 9:00am–6:00pmEvery second Saturday: 9:00am–4:00pmA day in lieu is provided for Saturday work
