Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Basic salary £26,500 - £30,000 basic
• Uncapped OTE including monthly and annual bonuses

As a Recruitment consultant your role will be to win new new customer accounts as well as managing the accounts of our diverse clients and support them with their recruitment needs You will also help local job seekers find a job that suits their individual needs. You will work as part of a busy and passionate team working towards monthly and annual targets to ensure company growth and client success.

An important part of this role will be new business development, where you will work with existing and potential customers through events, outbound calling, networking and account management.

First and foremost you will be passionate about people and have experience in a sales environment. It is essential that you have experience working to targets, growing business and providing outstanding customer service. You also need to be driven and determined to be the best you possibly can be every single day! A reasonable ability in Maths and English are essential key skills.

Communication is key as you will deal with people from all walks of life and all different levels in their career. What makes our people special is that every person is treated as an individual.
