A medium sized luxury house builder is currently looking to recruit an intermediate level Technical Coordinator for a number of housing projects in North London / Hertfordshire. This developer don’t often recruit externally however due to an influx of new developments they are expanding!

This developer typically has project values between £15m – £120m, they have also done away with standard house types and as a consequence everything they do is designed and built from the ground up.

In order to be successful in your application you should have the following:

• 1 years experience working for a developer
• Architectural / Engineering background
• Degree qualified or equivalent
