Senior Software Engineer

Salary: £40,000‑£75,000 depending on experience.

Location:

Stevenage. May offer relocation package.

Dynamic (hybrid) working:
Typically 3‑5 days per week on‑site.

Security Clearance:
British Citizen or dual UK national with British citizenship. Must undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS).

You will be responsible for designing and developing test equipment software to test world‑leading and complex missile systems and sub‑components.

• Previous software engineering experience in the development of test solutions
• Strong ability to write software in C / C++; scripting languages advantage for future direction
• Previous experience working in an agile development team
• Strong understanding of high‑quality software creation and support quality practices
• Good understanding of automation, continuous integration and Dev Ops principles and practices
• Knowledge of electronics measurement and debug techniques using equipment such as oscilloscopes and spectrum analysers
