As a Customer Care Representative, you can look forward to

This person will

• Respond to customer’s telephone and e-mail inquiries. Respond in a professional and pleasant manner in all interactions.
• Utilize technical knowledge and trouble shooting skills to resolve complex customer inquiries
• Provide quality service as a differentiator for our company to retain current customers and attract new business.
• Mentor and train new Customer Care representatives
• Initiate opportunities to introduce Associated Bank products and services to existing and potential customers.

High School Required

Less than 2 years Customer service, banking, retail, food service, insurance, telemarketing/sales Required
