Provide exceptional customer service to bank customers by conducting appropriate transactions and meeting the needs of customers by referring them to appropriate departments in the bank.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS- Provide exceptional customer service
- Perform various types of transactions to support our customers needs
- Make referrals to other departments
- Back up the Customer Call Center
- Backing up other offices, as needed
Full-time position - 37 - 40 hours a week
Hours:
Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (varies based on need)
