Locums Urology Scheduled Hours + Call Stevens Point, WIWhy This Role

• Provide inpatient and outpatient urologic care with flexible scheduling
• Join a supportive clinical team covering both clinic and OR time
• Assist in ensuring continuity of urology services during provider transition

  Ongoing (primary need December-April, intermittent thereafter)
• Schedule:
  
  36 hours per week, flexible days/times
• OR Time: 2-3 days per week
• Outreach: 1-2 days per month to Wisconsin Rapids
• Call:
  System-wide, approximately 7-10 days per month including one weekend
• Clinic Volume: 16 patients per day
• Support Staff: 1 RN, 1 MA, 2 APPs, 1 office staff
• EMR:
  Epic
• Credentialing: 90 days; temporary privileges available
Clinical Details
• General Urology (Adult) - Required
• Advanced Endoscopic, Laparoscopic, and Robotic Surgery - Preferred
• Common Procedures:
  Ureteroscopy, nephrectomy, prostatectomy, cystectomy, lithotripsy, TRUS biopsy, incontinence procedures
• No pediatric or neonatal requirements
Requirements
• Board Certified Urologist
• Active state medical license (no restriction on license location)
• BLS required
• Clean malpractice history
