Base pay range
: $15.00/hr - $17.00/hr

Wellington Place At Whiting is a 28‑bed CBRF assisted living serving elderly clients. Caregivers / Resident Assistants provide personal care and companionship including housekeeping and meal preparation. No prior experience is required;
Wellington Homes of Wisconsin offers employer‑paid training. Students are welcome; we offer flexible scheduling to accommodate busy college schedules and benefits.

• Provide routine resident care
• Observe residents and alert staff to changes
• Offer conversation and companionship
• Assist with mobility via wheelchair or walker
• Assist with toileting, bathing, dressing and hygiene
• Assist with feeding
• Perform light cleaning & linen changes

• Must always maintain a caring attitude towards residents and be capable of good judgment in all situations.
• Must be 18 years or older
• Compassionate, self‑motivated individual
• Must have transportation to and from the facility
