$16.00/hr - $17.00/hr

Transitions At Home, is currently hiring a compassionate PRN Caregiver in the Stevens Point! Join our dedicated team and make a difference by helping clients with daily activities, companionship, med reminders, bathing, dressing, meal prep and light housekeeping in the comfort of their homes.

We are looking for a caring, compassionate Caregiver who would appreciate and enjoy a flexible work schedule, independence, and a work family team culture.

What does a Transitions at Home Caregiver do?

An Caregiver performs services for the clients as necessary to maintain the personal care and comfort of the client while in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with the plan of care under the direction and supervision of the NM Manager.

Hours

• 8 Hours a Week (with the possibility of more hours)
• No Weekends or Holidays

Job Requirements

• Must be a minimum of 17 years of age
• A valid Wisconsin Driver's License and Car Insurance
