Job Title: Nurse Practitioner - Urology, Physician Assistant - Urology
Overview:
Join our leading healthcare team as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant specializing in Urology. You will provide expert urological care during scheduled clinic hours, collaborating with experienced physicians to deliver high-quality services in a dynamic environment. If you are dedicated, clinical-skilled, and passionate about patient-centered urology care, this position is an ideal fit for your expertise.
Required Skills:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license
- Certification as a Urology Specialist or relevant experience in urological care
- Proven proficiency in outpatient clinic procedures and patient management
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and clinical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Compliance with all licensing, certification, and credentialing requirements
- Urologic procedural or surgical experience
- Advanced practice certifications (e.g., ACT 10 or similar credentials)
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in urology or outpatient settings
- Prior experience working in a clinic environment during standard business hours
- Availability for clinic coverage on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and potential additional days as needed
- Ability to start by December 30, 2025
- Reliable transportation and the flexibility to cover scheduled clinic hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Completion of all required professional background checks and certifications
