Required Skills:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license
• Certification as a Urology Specialist or relevant experience in urological care
• Proven proficiency in outpatient clinic procedures and patient management
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and clinical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Compliance with all licensing, certification, and credentialing requirements

Nice to Have Skills:

• Urologic procedural or surgical experience
• Advanced practice certifications (e.g., ACT 10 or similar credentials)
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in urology or outpatient settings
• Prior experience working in a clinic environment during standard business hours

Other Requirements:

• Availability for clinic coverage on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and potential additional days as needed
• Ability to start by December 30, 2025
• Reliable transportation and the flexibility to cover scheduled clinic hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Completion of all required professional background checks and certifications
