Required Skills:

• Current and valid CRNA certification/license
• Proven experience in anesthesia administration in hospital or surgical settings
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology, anesthesia techniques, and patient safety protocols
• Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different clinical environments

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Advanced airway management skills
• Experience with specialized anesthesia procedures or subspecialties
• Bilingual capabilities
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• Master's degree or higher in Nurse Anesthesia
• Minimum of 1 year of recent anesthesia practice in a hospital or surgical setting
• Prior experience with traveling or locum tenens assignments is advantageous

Other Requirements:

• Flexibility to work variable hours including potentially during evenings or weekends as needed
• Ability to travel out of state with a preference for availability of at least one week for out-of-state assignments or 1-2 days for in-state roles
• Compliance with all applicable state and federal healthcare regulations and certifications
