Zurich North America is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join the Information Technology Services group working from the Stevens Point, WI office.

• Deskside and remote technical support.
• Ticket management within Service Now.
• PC deployment and setup.
• Troubleshooting complex IT issues.
• Collaborating and knowledge sharing with a remote team.

• Bachelor’s Degree and 3 or more years of experience in Desktop Support.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 5 or more years of experience in Desktop Support.

• Strong problem‑solving analytical skills.
• Ability to develop and drive initiatives with minimal oversight.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in desktop technical support incident resolution.
• Experience with Service Now, Active Directory, and other support tools.
• Experience in hardware troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Config Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft Intune.
• Tech‑savvy with a natural curiosity and strong analytical mindset.
• Experience in asset lease deployment coordination.
• Experience in DEX (Digital Employee Experience) analysis.
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11.

The proposed salary range for this position is $53,400.00 to $87,500.00, with short‑term incentive bonus eligibility set at 10%.
