The role is part of our Travel Guard team and is located within a 150‑mile radius of Stevens Point, WI. We are looking for empathetic, dependable, detail‑oriented, and service‑mindful individuals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. No claims or insurance experience? • Provide exceptional customer support to claimants throughout the claims process
• Spend 50‑75% of your time conversing with stakeholders to bring claims to a final resolution within 30‑45 days
• Assess new and existing claims for coverage, conduct investigations, and establish a clear action plan for timely resolution
• Communicate with claimants using empathy to gather necessary documentation
• Apply policy guidelines to determine coverage and claim validity
• Maintain detailed claim records within the internal claims systems
• Comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements in applicable jurisdictions

• 1‑2 years of customer service experience
• Eagerness to learn new skills within the claims and insurance industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• An eye for detail, supporting thorough investigations and precise documentation
• Willingness to obtain State‑specific Adjuster Licensing within 6 months of employment
• Residing within 150 miles of Stevens Point, WI and able to commute to the office 2‑3 days per month
