As a shift supervisor in our Press Department, you will have the responsibility of managing, coordinating, and overseeing the day-to-day production and quality standards on the assigned shift andgenerally leads a crew of 10-15 team members within our Press Department.

• Lead and coordinate the activities and operations in the press department
• Plan and establish work schedules, crew assignments, and production sequences
• Assist in resolving color and production issues
• Hire, develop, and support press team associates

Qualifications to become a Production Shift Supervisor - Nights with Worzalla

• Associate’s degree plus a minimum of two years of supervisory experience in related field required. A combination of experience and education equivalent to five years of progressively more responsible work experience in related field will be considered.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture of product.
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
• Ability to pass pre-placement exam and pre-employment drug screen
• Ability and desire to think and act like an employee owner (see Your Responsibilities above)
