• State: WI
• Start Date: Pending Privileges
• End Date: TBD
• Description: If CRNA is traveling from out of state, would prefer availability for at least 1 week at a time, preferably more. If CRNA is in state, would prefer at least 1-2 days given for availability.
• 1099 Pay Rate: Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request)
• Certification Requirements: Please confirm credential requirements with VHS upon application.
