This facility is seeking a Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

  Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 8a-4:30p
• Practice Setting:
  Clinic
• Types of Cases:
  Standard Urology cases
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
• Electronic Medical Record: EPIC
• Must be Board Certified
• Must have an active Wisconsin license or an active Interstate Medical License Compact (IMLCC)
• Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) and Drug Enforcement Administration DEA)
