This facility is seeking a Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Schedule:

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 8a-4:30p

· Practice Setting:
Clinic

· Types of Cases:
Standard Urology cases

· Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days

· Electronic Medical Record: EPIC

· Must be Board Certified

· Must have an active Wisconsin license or an active Interstate Medical License Compact (IMLCC)

· Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) and Drug Enforcement Administration DEA)
