Director of Nursing (DON) - Full-Time Exempt

• Overall clinical management of the center, ensuring quality of care and customer service.
• Maintain resident/patient care standards, state and federal survey compliance.
• Foster positive employee relations and implement effective clinical plans.
• Represent the center clinically in the community.
• Conduct daily rounds of the entire center premises to ensure policy compliance.

• Current State Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Demonstrated nursing management experience in a long‑term care setting.
