Do you enjoy working with your hands? Do you find it rewarding to make a customer's day by fixing what was broken and making it new again?
Do you have a one or two year technical degree in appliance repair or 1 or more years of actual appliance experience? Do you have a valid driver’s license in good standing? Do you enjoy working with people in a fast‑paced environment?
If so, Furniture and Appliance Mart / Ashley Homestore is expanding its force of technicians to better serve our customers and we are looking for you. We have an immediate need for a Full‑time Appliance Technician for our Stevens Point Distribution Center.

• Driving to customer locations and repairing a wide range of appliance products
• Updating customer claims through our internal software system
• Diagnosing appliance issues and communicating parts that need to be ordered to complete the repair
• Interacting with customers regarding appliance issues

• Prior appliance repair experience preferred but not required
• Ability to understand and repair electronics and electrical issues
• Ability to maintain a positive professional attitude with peers and management
• Ability to provide superior customer service to all customers
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects weighing 100 pounds or more
