We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fence Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing various types of fences, ensuring they are secure, durable, and aesthetically pleasing. Your expertise in carpentry, blueprint reading, and construction material handling will be essential to delivering high-quality results on each project. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors on diverse fence construction projects, contributing to the safety and privacy of residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute fence installation projects.
• Prepare work sites by measuring, marking, and setting up necessary tools and materials for fence construction.
• Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other construction machinery safely and efficiently to install fences of various materials such as wood, vinyl, chain link, or metal.
• Handle building materials with care, including cutting, shaping, and assembling components according to specifications.
• Perform heavy lifting tasks required for transporting and positioning fencing materials while adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time, maintaining quality standards throughout each phase of installation.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety procedures related to construction site operations and power tool use.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in carpentry, frame carpentry, or general construction work with a focus on fence installation preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans accurately.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other relevant construction machinery.
• Strong outdoor work experience with the physical ability for heavy lifting and manual labor tasks.
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction sites, including power tool safety and proper handling of building materials.
• Familiarity with concrete forming, masonry, hardscape techniques, concrete finishing, or related skills is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are often required for site access.
