Our client, a well‑established, growth‑oriented company near Stillwater, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive global reporting and scenario modeling while partnering directly with leadership on key decisions. This is a fully onsite role
, and only local candidates or those willing to relocate will be considered.

• Take ownership of global financial reporting
• Influence key strategic decisions with actionable insights and scenario modeling
• Partner with cross‑functional teams on operational and strategic initiatives
• Mentor junior analysts and elevate the overall finance team’s capabilities

• Lead global financial reporting, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance
• Build and refine scenario models to guide strategic planning
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities that influence business direction
• Prepare financial statements and lender covenant reporting

• Develop and monitor the annual capital expenditure budget
• Track actual vs. planned spend, identifying cost efficiencies
• Enhance and automate financial models, dashboards, and reporting processes

• Provide data‑driven recommendations to leadership and stakeholders
• Present findings clearly to finance and non‑finance teams
• Contribute to system implementations, process improvements, and new business cases
• Mentor junior analysts and strengthen overall team performance

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3–5 years of progressive finance or accounting experience, including global reporting or consolidations
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; ERP experience required (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, or Workday)
