Job DescriptionPerforms nuclear medicine diagnostic and therapeutic procedures for pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients under the direction of a Radiologist. Must have understanding of medical terminology, good communication and multitasking skills. Responsible for administration of radioactive isotopes and applies principles of radiation protection. Exercises professional judgment, ingenuity, and initiative in the utilization of radio nuclides. Must be able to work independently.

Required Qualifications- Graduate from an approved Nuclear Medicine Program
- Two years Nuclear Medicine experience
- Registered as a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) or Radiologic Technologist (RT) by NMTCB or ARRT
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association or BLS – American Red Cross (CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer & Health Care Provider)
- Ability to perform the physical demands of the job
- Ability to work independently
