Registered Dietitian, Inpatient

Lakeview Hospital

• Provide clinical nutrition assessments, recommendations, and education to hospital patients.
• Provide nutritional care to oncology, homecare, hospice, and hospital outpatient departments.
• Travel to other facilities as required.

Casual

• Degree in Dietetics
• Experience with demonstrated skills in all phases of Clinical Nutrition
• Must be Registered Dietitian through Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) upon start
• Must be licensed as a Certified Dietitian through WI Department of Safety & Professional Services (If WI certification is not present at hire, must obtain within 4 months of start)
• Current BLS – American Heart Association or BLS – American Red Cross (CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer & Health Care Provider)

• Minimum 1-year experience
