Job Description- Provide clinical nutrition assessments, recommendations, and education to hospital patients.
- Provide nutritional care to oncology, homecare, hospice, and hospital outpatient departments.
- Travel to other facilities as required.

Required Qualifications- Degree in Dietetics
- Experience with demonstrated skills in all phases of Clinical Nutrition
- Must be Registered Dietitian through Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) upon start
- Must be licensed as a Certified Dietitian through WI Department of Safety & Professional Services (If WI certification is not present at hire, must obtain within 4 months of start)
- Current BLS – American Heart Association or BLS – American Red Cross (CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer & Health Care Provider)
- Minimum 1-year experience
