Provider Assistant (Medical Assistant/CMA/RMA/LPN/EMT) – Allergy/Pulmonary Medicine

The Stillwater Specialty Clinic is seeking a provider assistant (36 hrs/week) to support the Allergy and Pulmonary Medicine departments. The position offers full-time benefits, a hiring bonus, and opportunities for professional growth.

• Interview patients and document basic medical history.
• Take vital signs and record findings in the patient chart.
• Review annual wellness questionnaires with applicable patients.
• Administer immunizations and medications as directed.
• Monitor messages and relay clinician responses via phone calls.
• Enter orders for laboratory services.

• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program (with or without certification), or current LPN (MN & WI license required), or graduate of an accredited EMT program with current EMT license (national & Minnesota) and CPR certification.

• 1 year of medical assistant or LPN experience in a clinic.
• Experience with Epic electronic medical record software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong customer‑service skills, and compassion in patient interactions.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and complete delegated tasks while maintaining composure in stressful situations.
