We are seeking dependable, compassionate Homemakers/Cleaners to join our team. In this role, you will provide in-home cleaning and homemaking services for adults with disabilities. Your work will directly support clients in maintaining a safe, organized, and healthy living environment.

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing
• Assist with household organization and laundry
• Support clients in maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
• Follow individualized service plans to meet client needs
• Maintain professional and respectful communication with clients, families, and staff
• Be flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and client needs

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be willing to complete required training prior to providing services
• Willingness to travel between client homes as needed
• Ability to be flexible with scheduling
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
